In 2019, the Hendricks Family Foundation made a bold investment that brought Acts Housing to Beloit and launched a new chapter of affordable homeownership in Rock County. Their financial support was only the beginning

Advocate of the Year: Sean & Veronica Chisholm

Sean Chisholm’s commitment to family and perseverance exemplifies the power of homeownership. After moving to Beloit with his wife, Veronica, in 1998, Sean made a promise that one day they would own a home. More than two decades later, with the support of Acts Housing, that promise became a reality when the couple purchased their first home in 2022.
