Why Take a Homebuyer Education Course?

Most mortgage providers require 1st time homeowners complete Homebuyer Education with a HUD Certified agency as part of the purchase process.

Getting Grants and Loans

Many down payment and closing cost grants, as well as some special loan products, require completion of a homebuyer education course for first-time homebuyers. Some lenders may also require it.

Free and Valuable

Participants in the sessions are encouraged to ask questions, take notes, and learn from each other as well. Homebuyer Education Sessions are free to attend and light refreshments will be provided. Space is limited so participants are asked to sign up in advance. Certificates are valid for 12 months.
