2024 Affordable Homeownership Town Hall
Join us for a discussion at the Lubar Center in Eckstein Hall at Marquette University on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 for the second annual Acts Housing Affordable Homeownership Town Hall.
We’ll begin by bringing you a report on investor activity in Milwaukee and an update on Acts Homes’ acquisition activity, led by Michael Gosman, President & CEO of Acts Housing.
This year’s panel discussion will focus on the challenges families with barriers face in obtaining mortgage financing and the creative solutions Acts and its public and private partners are developing to help these families become successful homeowners.

What do I need to know about the Eckstein Hall Venue?
This event will take place in the Lubar Center in Eckstein Hall located on Marquette Campus. Upon arrival to the building, pass through the gated entrance, and make your way to the lecture hall. Grab a box lunch before taking your seat.

Is this a free event?
Yes! This is a complementary event exclusive to Acts Housing supporters. Space is limited and we encourage early RSVP to secure your seat. This event is popular and may reach full capacity prior to event day.
Will there be reserved seats?
No. Your RSVP will guarantee you a seat, but seating is first come, first served.
Will you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes! The box lunch options will include a variety of options, including vegetarian/vegan, gluten free, dairy free, among others. A request for dietary accommodations will be available in the RSVP form.
What time should I arrive? What is the format of the event?
Registration will be open to pick up your nametag and box lunch between 11:30 – Noon. The program will promptly begin at Noon.
What is the dress code?
There is no dress code for this event, feel free to wear snappy casual or what you are most comfortable in.
