Acquisition Rehab Manager
The Acquisition Rehab Manager serves as a key person who keeps construction projects on houses that are acquired by the Acts Home Acquisition Fund moving forward. Both major and minor rehab of existing houses will be managed as part of the job, with assistance from administrative support staff. The position works in conjunction with Acquisition Fund leadership to manage projects, develop reports on job costs, produce project scopes of work, material standards and solicit, manage, and schedule contractors. A successful Acquisition Rehab Manager will have knowledge of construction management, have strong communication skills, be proficient in managing budgets, job sites and have a passion for Milwaukee neighborhoods.
Bilingual Home Renovation Advisor
The Bilingual Home Renovation Advisor will guide and support Spanish speaking Acts families through each stage of their home renovation process, from developing the scope of work on the property through project completion. The Bilingual Home Renovation Advisor will also assist with improving internal department processes and work collaboratively with other departments to deliver excellent family service. This position reports directly to the Lending Operations Director.

The Director of People and Culture will be responsible for leading the vision, development, and execution of talent and culture initiatives aimed at the recruiting, onboarding, retention, and professional & personal growth of our team members. The role will report to the CEO and serve as a member of the leadership team to ensure the development and advancement of an empowered, value-driven, high performing, diverse, and inclusive workplace culture.
Special Assistant to the CEO
The Special Assistant will be responsible for supporting Acts’ President/CEO, including performing administrative functions, serving as a key liaison with Acts staff and board leadership, and completing special projects. This person will be a warm, effective and professional communicator who will manage assigned tasks with limited oversight and search continuously for ways to add value. The individual in this position will be a problem-solver who has a strong passion for Acts’ mission of empowerment through homeownership.
