Acts Sustainers are our community of recurring donors who make an ongoing commitment to Acts families and sustain Acts Housing for the long haul.
Your ongoing support allows Acts to work directly in the community and build on our legacy of 25+ years of service supporting more than 3,500 families. In turn, families build their own path to housing stability and generational wealth, a legacy that lasts for years to come.

In 2022, 28 families reclaimed tax foreclosures fixing them up and making them home. Over the next year, your gift of $28/month will underwrite three home rehab site visits from an Acts Home Rehab Coach.

Last year, the average Acts homeowner was 39 years old. Your gift will support efforts to engage young people and multi-generational households helping them achieve homeownership before age 40.

Month
80% of Acts homebuyers earn less than 80% of the area median income. Your contribution of $80/month helps those with the lowest income in the community access affordable homeownership, often saving hundreds per month and allowing their hard-earned dollars to support other important family needs.

Month
Families with a year or more of work to do before they get pre-approved for a loan are invited to join a “Power Pack” cohort where they can earn financial incentives to help move through the process faster. Your $100/month will underwrite incentives for 1 participant for 1 year, which are deposited into an account to save for a down payment.
