Homebuyer Education Session
Wednesday, March 12, and Thursday, March 13 • 4-8pm both nights
Calling all future homeowners! Join Acts Housing’s homebuyer education sessions, where you can receive your Homebuyer Education Certificate.*
Why take a homebuyer education course?
Many down payment and closing cost grants, as well as some special loan products, require completion of a homebuyer education course for first-time homebuyers. Some lenders may also require it.
Participants in the sessions are encouraged to ask questions, take notes, and learn from each other as well. Homebuyer Education Sessions are free to attend, and light refreshments will be provided. Space is limited so participants are asked to sign up in advance.
