Our goal for Longest Neighborhood Table – Impact Edition was to tell the Acts story as many ways as possible, to connect with as many people as possible. For those who connect to the world through music…today is your day.
Over the last year the Acts team has gone digital. While we still love seeing each other, and Acts families, face to face, we’ve also grown accustomed to communicating in new ways, using Zoom and Slack, and sharing bits of ourselves in a daily huddle.
Playlists have been made, have gotten us through tough days, and have inspired us to keep moving forward. We’re happy to share this list with you, and as with any well-constructed album, it’s meant to take you on the homeownership journey.
(You’ll get groans when “Everything is Awesome” starts playing at an Acts team huddle, but it is our theme song, and we stand by “Everything is cool when you’re part of (the Acts Housing) team!”
Benefit Concert for #LNTimpact – Friday, August 20
We’re thankful for all of the Acts Champions who’ve helped spread the word and brought people together in support of our mission. This Friday, Fundraising Committee member Sodi Nichols is celebrating her birthday with a benefit concert from one of her favorite musicians: Carl Wockner.
