A message from Antonio Diaz, about the mission at La Finca Development:
Our community is undeserved, especially families with low to middle income, that also have limited access to financial services. In many cases, there is limited understanding of how the financial system works. This makes it very difficult, to nearly impossible for these families to own a home.
By rehabilitating houses in the most efficient and affordable way, working together
with financial institutions, government agencies, community organizations, nonprofits, and the private sector, it will be possible for our families to get into recently
remodeled single family homes.

After You Finish All 5 Orientation Videos:
Once you finish virtual orientation, if you’re ready to move forward and begin the Acts Housing Homeownership Program, you’ll take the following steps:
- Purchase your credit report (we’ll send you a link for secure online payment; a fee of $21.00 is charged per individual.)
- Watch for an email invitation to set up your personal, secure homebuyer portal (you’ll receive this by the following business day)
- Finish filling out your personal information in the secure portal and electronically sign your authorization paperwork
- Schedule your first meeting with a Homebuyer Coach!
