James Trinidad’s main objective was to find a safe environment for him and his family when searching for his perfect home. Thankfully, with Acts’ support, he was able to achieve that. “The difference from now and then is me and my family are finally comfortable.” James feels like it’s quiet at his new home and his 11 year old son feels the same way, explaining, “I get more freedom now, our new neighborhood is so peaceful.” Even the neighbors are friendly. When the Trinidad family first moved in all of their neighbors came and welcomed them into the neighborhood.
James was fed up dealing with absentee landlords and the high rent, but now he feel less pressured, “The landlord never fixed anything in our past house. We always had to. I’m just happy we don’t have to go through that anymore,” James stated. James feels relieved about being a homeowner now and is very happy Acts helped him and his family achieve his goal.

The Trinidad Family’s home rehab work finished right on time: it only took them 49 days from start to finish! James cannot wait to bring the newest member of their family home from the hospital.
